Our Story
Founded by Cristina Roman in 2013
ISCO Contractors LLC was founded by Cristina Roman in Washington, D.C. in 2013. Our first major client was Georgetown University, where we proved that an owner-operated team could deliver university-grade apartment turnovers with consistency and care.
After seven years building our reputation in D.C., Cristina began taking on projects in Dallas in 2018 and relocated ISCO to Texas full-time in 2020, bringing Georgetown-proven standards to the DFW metroplex. Today we serve 10 active accounts across three states. all built through referrals, not advertising.
When Park Place Denton recommended us to Park Place Arlington, that confirmed what we already knew: the best marketing is doing great work for the client in front of you.

First Projects in Dallas
While still based in D.C., ISCO begins taking on apartment turnover projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, building relationships with Texas property managers.
Relocation to Texas & UT Dallas
Cristina relocates ISCO to Plano, Texas full-time. The University of Texas at Dallas becomes our first major Texas university contract for summer and winter turnovers.
Rapid University Expansion
UT Arlington and Texas Woman's University come on board. ISCO establishes itself as the go-to specialist for university housing turnovers across DFW.
